Peckleton Homes Ltd was founded in 2002 by Paul Atkinson. Paul was born in 1977 and, before beginning his career in the construction industry, was a junior county squash champion.   Paul was influenced by his Building Inspector father and joined Ideal Homes Midland Ltd as a trainee Architectural Technician in 1994.  Whilst there he obtained a B-Tec National Certificate in Construction.   Paul studied at De Montfort University in Leicester and graduated with a BA Degree in Architectural Studies.   After a brief period training as a Site Manager for Westleigh Development Ltd, Paul struck out on his own. In 2002 he co-founded Peckleton Homes Ltd  and founded P. Atkinson Builders Ltd in 2011.   P. Atkinson Builders Ltd concentrates on small works construction including extensions, refurbishments and general construction.   Peckleton Homes specialises in building high-specification houses in quality locations and to date has succeeded in developing property worth in excess of £4,000,000.   Paul is driven to achieve and make things happen.  His high standards and attention to detail result in successful property development, beginning with identifying potential sites, designing and constructing quality homes, and concluding with marketing and sales completion.
